Handover Ceremony of Sheltech Elena

Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd. proudly marked the on-time handover of its latest residential project, Sheltech Elena, located in Bashundhara R/A. The handover ceremony was held at the Dr. Toufiq M. Seraj Lounge, Sheltech Tower, on August 28, 2025. The handover ceremony was graced by the presence of Md. Sharif Hossain Bhuiyan, Executive Director (Operations); Mr. Shajahan, Chief Operating Officer; and Hosneara Parvin, Chief Business Officer, along with a team of engineers, architects, and other professionals from Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd., as well as the proud landowners and apartment owners of Sheltech Elena.
