Sheltech Crowned ‘Most Sustainable Real Estate Company of 2025’ at SDG Brand Champion Awards

Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd. was awarded ‘Most Sustainable Real Estate Company of the Year’ at the SDG Brand Champion Awards 2025, held on 12 July at the Radisson Blu Dhaka. It was the only real estate firm recognized among 60 impactful brand initiatives, with 35 winners across sectors.

This award highlights Sheltech’s leadership in sustainable urban development and its contributions to Bangladesh’s SDG 2030 goals through responsible construction and community-focused design.

Since 1988, Sheltech has delivered 4100+ residential and commercial units in Dhaka, featuring green spaces, rooftop gardens, solar energy, rainwater harvesting, and accessibility features. Its projects promote health, social connection, and environmental care.
